Photo Gallery

We have added a gallery feature to AdminProject. We think that it may be useful for documenting project meetings and project related events like dissemination actions or conferences. The main purpose of the feature is to have a viewable photo gallery so we’ve limited upload to jpg files (as this is the most common output format for the majority of digital cameras). Meeting Planner

Making arrangements for each project meeting can be an arduous task. Having to include all your partners’ schedules and plans, trying to squeeze the meeting right after the completion of a work package. Debates on dates can often take a lot of time. We have developed a neat little tool to help you see what dates are most feasible for all invited participants.

How to upgrade and pay for subscription?

We find 30-day trial sufficient if you only want to tinker with AdminProject project management functions. Unfortunately, three months is not enough to handle a project from kick-off to a final report as most projects last much longer than that. After that period is over, you’ll be given an option to upgrade to one of our regular packages. Here’s a short guide on how to upgrade your account.

AdminProject is getting new functionalities and fixes all the time. We’ll try to let you know about all the new things that have recently appeared in our project management tool. Calendar – events, milestones and deliverables

In case you were wondering what capabilities lie in our Calendar, here’s the note on what’s there. It is at the moment used to plan events and display them on a calendar grid. Click ‘Add a new event’ on the right sidebar and fill in the name of the event, description. Select dates using the date-picker bubble.

Discussions – where ideas are born

On-line tools are one of the best solutions when one wants to stimulate collaboration and keep everything in one place. AdminProject has a few modules that fulfil that role through comment system. One module, though, is dedicated to information and exchange of ideas. Our discussion module is a place where you can take things up with all project members. Read on to see what it looks like.
